Our Immigration Law Team
Hendrik Pretorius—Managing Partner
An immigrant himself, Hendrik is focused primarily on assisting foreign-born entrepreneurs, small U.S. based businesses, and foreign investors to develop and implement immigration strategies aimed at enabling them to reach their goals without immigration impediments. Hendrik has successfully worked with many start-up ventures and investors who are now in the U.S. operating their businesses and legally working towards their goals in the U.S.
Hendrik completed his undergraduate studies with honors in the fields of Economics and Finance and then went on graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law with Honors in 2007. Based on the mix of a business and legal background Hendrik decided to dedicate himself completely to the practice of business-immigration law.
